    The superb location of Hyatt Centric made it easy to explore the area, especially with various tours and trips nearby. Enjoyed the spacious King Room, quiet despite being close to a shopping center. Breakfast was delicious, and the amenities like the mini-bar and tea facilities added comfort. The air conditioning issue was frustrating. It turned off when the balcony door opened, and I wasn't informed about this. Maintenance had to come to help me several times. Flickering lights in the bathroom mirror disturbed my sleep.

    We think it's a cosy base for staying in Kota Kinabalu. The room is well decorated and good-sized with good views of the moon and stars. This place is in a super location in a very convenient area of KK.

A lack of information handouts in the room about local attractions led to missing out on experiences unless mentioned by the reception, such as the night food market that turned out to be enjoyable.

    The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a very convenient area, near to restaurant and Manukan Island and City Centre. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Dinawan Island was super.

    I had a spacious room with a mini walk-in closet. The rooftop pool was to die for, just amazing views of the mountain and water.
